For our Head Office in Frankfurt we are looking for a Team Assistant / Secretary to strengthen our dynamic and international team. The candidate will assume the following duties and responsibilities:

• Prepare documents for our different Fund committees using templates, formatting and word processing
• Compile presentations using MS PowerPoint
• Manage the database of important contractual documents
• Work closely with other team assistants to ensure effective coordination of all office functions, planning needs and deadlines across several teams, serve as contact point for employees abroad
• Coordinate and monitor appointments, interviews and meetings
• Manage travels and related expenses
• Assist the team with ad-hoc queries and requests
• Support the Communications department in coordinating events

Qualifications:

• Several years of professional experience as secretary or team assistant
• Excellent English language skills both written and oral; other languages, such as French or Russian, are an added advantage
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Strong communication skills
• High level of initiative and independence
• Ability to solve problems with an innovative and entrepreneurial approach

• Liaise with the IT manager and with the operational departments to analyse requirements and produce technical specifications for the software development projects.
• Lead the software design and development efforts for the company.
• Provide top quality code across all layers of a large multi-tier software product.

Qualifications:
