Finance in Motion is establishing a local asset management firm in Brazil. This page provides the regulatory documents required for review in connection with FiM Brazil’s application process, including its submission for authorization as a locally based platform subject to regulation by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM).

Finance in Motion Brazil Asset Management Ltda. (“FiM Brazil”) has submitted an application for accreditation as a securities portfolio administrator (investment management category) with the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (“CVM”), through the Brazilian Financial and Capital Markets Association (“ANBIMA”), pursuant to the Agreement for the Use of Self Regulation in the Brazilian Investment Funds Industry, entered into on July 18, 2018, as amended.
The reference form, manuals, and policies made available herein have been provided exclusively for review purposes by ANBIMA and the CVM and may be amended, in whole or in part, at their sole discretion. The commencement of investment management activities by FiM Brazil will only occur after its registration with the CVM.
