In order to address your concerns in the best and most timely manner, we kindly ask for the following:

What you can expect of us

Every customer complaint is handled by our Complaint Management Department. After receiving your complaint, we will send you a confirmation. Processing should take no more than 10 working days. Should, in exceptional cases, a longer period be required, you will be notified.

Alternative complaint options

Pursuant to E.U. Directive 2013/11 of May 21, 2013, the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht, BaFin) has set up an arbitration board (Schlichtungsstelle) in accordance with Section 1, Paragraph 1(2) and with Section 1, Paragraph 1a(2) of the German Banking Act (Kreditwesengesetz, or KWG), covering alternative settlement of disputes related to financial services. Disputes between consumers and Finance in Motion GmbH pertaining to financial service activities can be brought before this board in an out-of-court settlement.
