Frankfurt am Main / Rio de Janeiro, 7 October 2026 – Finance in Motion announced that it has received authorisation from the Brazilian regulators to operate as an asset manager in Brazil through its newly established entity, Finance in Motion Brazil Asset Management Ltda. The approval marks a significant milestone in Finance in Motion’s long-term strategy to deepen its presence in one of the world’s most dynamic and strategically important markets.

The licence provides the foundation for the local company to launch and manage investment platforms in Brazil, supporting the mobilisation of capital towards sustainable development, climate resilience, natural capital and inclusive economic growth.

The authorisation follows a rigorous regulatory review and allows Finance in Motion to take the next steps in its Brazilian expansion. The establishment of the local asset management platform builds on earlier milestones, including the creation of a Brazilian legal entity and the recruitment of a highly experienced local team.
