Our externally verified impact management system ensures that our funds for impact create tangible and measurable positive outcomes. We also actively implement ESG risk management, to manage, reduce and mitigate negative risks.

BlueMark certified
Our impact management practices are closely aligned with industry standards, particularly the Operating Principles for Impact Management, which Finance in Motion signed in 2019. As a signatory of the Principles, we annually issue a disclosure statement. In 2023, we underwent an independent verification. BlueMark, a specialized impact verification service provider, assessed our impact management system as advanced against the Impact Principles and current industry best practices.
Sustainability disclosures
In working towards making a positive difference for people and planet, we place a priority on effectively integrating environmental, social and governance (ESG) considerations into our investment advice. In doing so, we align with industry standards and comply with sustainability regulation, including the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 (SFDR).
All funds under our advisory work towards a sustainable investment objective and therefore fall within the scope of Article 9 of the Regulation.

Impact Principles disclosures
Finance in Motion is a proud signatory of the Operating Principles for Impact Management (Impact Principles), the leading industry standard for integrating impact management throughout the investment lifecycle. The Impact Principles aim to instill a universally accepted standard around impact investing, assisting investors in identifying impact-managed investments and represent current best practices in the industry. As a signatory, Finance in Motion publishes an annual disclosure statement on its impact management strategy and practices.
